Creative Art Making Workshop

About the session 

Art is a unique and effective form of therapeutic healing. Using simple art materials and the support of an artist who is a breast cancer survivor herself. These sessions can help you:

  • Process your experiences

  • Activate your imagination & explore new possibilities

  • Reduce stress and anxiety

  • Work through difficulties

  • Develop new tools and skills for your ongoing mental and emotional health

You can bring a black marker, paper and ruler to learn more about Line Art

No previous experience or "artistic ability" required. If you wish, we can post your artwork and a short description about it on our website.
