A 5-components model can be  a useful framework  that Dr.Al Khaifi created to approach breast cancer survivorship care: 

1- Surveillance of breast cancer recurrence

2- Assessing for  physical  and psychosocial late side effects.

3- Encouraging  adherence to adjuvant therapy.

4- Supporting self-management  and  healthy lifestyle behaviours

5- Coordination of care
